I think you are on a fool’s errand trying to live your life according to an antiquated tribal manual that exalted a war-god named YHWH. That’s your god, right? Still out there ripping pregnant women to shreds and commanding the genocide of entire nations (except the pretty young virgins, of course), is he? What a great moral compass. I’m sure glad I have my bible… I don’t think I’d know how to live an ethically upright life otherwise. Or would I?
