Does God Exist? Face-Off
Kirk Cameron and Ray Comfort face off in a debate with the Rational Response Squad over the existence of God. I am not to impressed by the way Kirk and Ray handled them selfs but over all it was a good debate.

I've only had the chance to watch the first video, so I can't answer for the entire debate but why exactly did you post this? There was absolutely no scientific proof given by Ray, and Kirk was doing nothing but giving his testimony as to how he found God, not a real good way to support proof of God in my opinion. Wasn’t the debate supposed to be about scientific proof of God? If I get a chance I’ll watch the second one, but wow, Ray was certainly slammed in the first one!
I just finished watching this so-called debate. It's a shamefully dishonest insult to intelligence to refer to this as a debate. A debate is where two sides present an argument for their position. The only argument I heard was the Pro-God position. The other side was allowed to not even present a position but to sit back and throw darts at the other sides arguments. It was dishonestly imbalanced, and an intellectual insult. I was looking forward to atheistic proof of why God does not exist and they were let completely let off the hook from the beginning. I wonder who made the decision to commit this fraud? Who knew that the atheist don't actually have an argument outside of being naysayers to others beliefs. I think all of the panelist were robbed of the opportunity to participate in a fair debate. Someone with ulterior motives pulled this ruse. I would have never accepted the conditions of this so-called debate from either side. Honestly the atheist position is a whinny one. Truth be told, an atheist position probably does not exist on it's own without the backdrop of a belief to doubt & smear. Atheist ideas do not contain "proof" there is no God, they just comes to a conclusion of doubt with everybody else's belief. An Atheist cannot disprove God anymore than a believer can prove there is. It's all subjective and experiential. Let's take some tips from this debate and I'll add a few. Next time let's make sure the believers make an argument 1)without the use of the Bible and 2) without personal testimonies. Let's make sure that the Atheist 1) present an argument 2)that their argument be built on something other than bitterly denying the beliefs of others. The latter should be a real challenge.
chocomel: I posted this for people to watch. My father wanted to see it so I put it on a place where he could find it. I agree that Ray and Kirk's standings where weak but it was still a good debate non the less.
phronesis: The debate was not the best one I had seen but was I think good for me to watch so I know what to expect from some Atheists. I am sorry that you did not get your fill in this debate.
